Services Provided

Mason's Professional Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning services in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 72-hour streak-free guarantee. If you notice streaks or issues with our cleaning within 72 hours of service, contact us and we will return to re-clean the affected windows at no additional charge.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. For commercial accounts, net-30 terms may be available upon approval.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe access to all windows to be cleaned. We will not clean windows that are unsafe to access or require specialized equipment not discussed in advance.

Liability

While we carry comprehensive insurance, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or sills. Any damage discovered during service will be brought to your attention immediately.

Weather Policy

We monitor weather conditions closely and may reschedule service in cases of heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures. You will be notified as soon as possible if weather requires rescheduling.
